Reservation and Cancellation Policies
All Lodging including Suites, Cabins, and Cottages: Deposit and Cancellations (All prices are subject to change without notice and seasonal rates may apply)
A one-night deposit for the first night’s stay per reservation is required to guarantee your reservation.
If you cancel your lodging reservation within 14 days, you will forfeit your initial deposit of one night’s stay. The remaining balance is due at time of check-in.
In-season a two-night minimum stay may be required on weekends. A three or four-night minimum stay may be required for some holiday weekends.
RV Sites – Tent Sites: Deposits and Cancellations
A one-night deposit for the first night’s stay per reservation is required to guarantee your reservation.
If you cancel your reservation within 7 days, you will forfeit your initial deposit of one night’s stay. The remaining balance is due at time of check-in.
In-season a two-night minimum stay may be required on weekends. A three or four-night minimum stay may be required for some holiday weekends.
Group Deposits and Cancellations (Three or More Sites)
A one-night deposit for the first night’s stay per reservation is required to guarantee your group reservations.
The balance due must be received 30 days prior to arrival, otherwise your reservation will be canceled.
If you cancel within 30 days, you will forfeit your initial deposit.
If you cancel within 14 days, you will forfeit any and all monies paid.
Late Payment Policy
At Heartland Parks, it is our policy to ensure timely payment of all fees and charges. Payments are due on or in advance on the designated day each month. In the event of late payment, a one-time late fee of $25, plus an additional $5 per day beyond a 5-day grace period, will be assessed.
Monthly Rentals
See specific park monthly site agreement.
A $300 deposit is required for RV monthly bookings at the time of reservation.
A $400 deposit is required for all lodging (suites, cabins, and lodges) monthly bookings at the time of reservation.
No monthly rentals for tents.
If you cancel your monthly reservation within 30 days, you will forfeit any and all monies paid.
Pet Policy
Our campgrounds are pet-friendly and welcome guests traveling with dogs or cats. To ensure a safe and enjoyable time, please follow these rules:
- Aggressive dogs of any breed are not welcome. Management may ask you to leave if your pet displays aggressive behavior.
- All pets must be under control and in visual range of their owner. A 6’ leash is required when outside.
- No pets may be left tied up and unattended outside.
- Pet owners must clean up after their pets.
- Excessive barking is not permitted.
- Service dogs are welcome but must follow leash and behavior rules.

Registration
All guests must register at the office at check-in. Late arrivals must check in when registration opens.

All prices are subject to change without notice and seasonal rates may apply.
Check-In Time
Please do not request early check-in to allow time to prepare your unit or site.
Cabins and Suites: 3:00 PM | RV and Tent Sites: 1:00 PM
Check-Out Time
Lodging Units & Camping Sites: 11:00 AM

Posted on the front door.
Quiet Hours
10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
Vehicles
One vehicle per site; two maximum if space allows. A registration ticket must always be displayed. Extra parking available for a fee. Washing vehicles is prohibited. ATVs and motorized bikes are not permitted. Golf carts, e-bikes, and scooters are allowed with approval and a valid driver’s license.
Speed Limit
5mph (including bicycles).
Campfires
Allowed only in provided fire rings unless a burn ban is in effect. Please dispose of ashes properly. Ensure fires are extinguished before leaving unattended.
Firewood
Available in the store, or you may bring your own. Cutting or gathering wood is not permitted.
Trees
Please do not damage, tie to, or dump chemicals near trees or shrubs.
Trash
Dumpsters are located throughout the property. Fire rings are not for trash.
No Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in public buildings, cabins, and suites.
Children
Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
RV & Tent Sites
RV sites are for RVs only. No tents allowed. Tent sites are limited to one tent and one vehicle. Rooftop tents may require special booking arrangements.
Firearms
Firearms, fireworks, and projectile devices are prohibited.
Responsibility
Guests are responsible for damage or losses. Charges may be billed to your card on file.
Rule Breaking
Violations may result in cancellation without refund.
Sewer/Septic
Do not flush non-biodegradable items.
Behavior
Inappropriate behavior or language is not tolerated. Offenders may be asked to leave without refund.
Site Management
Staff may enter the property for maintenance or emergencies, respecting quiet enjoyment.
Pool
No lifeguard on duty. Children under 16 must be supervised. No glass or pets allowed.
Flags
Symbols that harass, intimidate, or disparage others are prohibited. Confederate flags and political/vulgar signage are not allowed.
