Registration
All guests must register at the office upon arrival. Late arrivals should check in when registration opens the next business day.
On Your Site
- 1 deck, 1 patio (if the site permits)
- 1–2 vehicles (if the site permits)
- 1 shed per site
- 1 recreational vehicle per site (additional vehicles must be authorized by management)

Hours will be posted on the front door.
Laundry Hours
Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Quiet Hours
Observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect the enjoyment of others by keeping noise levels low during the hours.
Behavior
This is a family-friendly campground. Inappropriate language, disruptive behavior, or non-compliance with rules will not be tolerated. Guests may be asked to leave, with no refund.
Child Safety
Children must be supervised by a parent/guardian at all times while on the campground. Parents are responsible for their children’s behavior and safety.
Pet Policy
Our Campground is pet friendly with a 2 pet maximum per site. Please follow these guidelines:
- Aggressive dogs of any breed are not permitted.
- Pets must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet, and under control at all times.
- Pets may not be left unattended outside your RV, tent, or lodging.
- Pet owners must clean up after their pets.
- Excessive barking or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the campground.
- Service animals are welcome but must adhere to pet policies.
No Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in any of our public buildings, cabins, or suites.
Lodging
Please refer to the guidelines listed in your individual cabin specific rules.
RV Sites
These sites are reserved for RVs only. Tents are not allowed. One unit per site. Unused seasonal sites may be available for nightly rentals for family members of registered guests only.
Tent Sites
For family members of registered guests only. 1 tent allowed per site and 1 vehicle with no tow.
Vehicles
- One vehicle is permitted at each site; two vehicles max if the site permits it.
- A registration tag must be displayed at all times.
- Additional vehicles can be registered for a $5.00 fee per vehicle.
- Washing of vehicles is prohibited.
- Golf carts, electric bikes, and scooters are allowed but must be approved by management.
- Operators of recreational vehicles must have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance on file.
- Proper lighting is required from dusk until dawn.
- Speed limit is 10 mph, including bicycles. Be mindful of downhill speeds.
Green Space
We reserve the right to limit camper lengths in all areas. Contact the office before purchasing a different unit. Construction or alteration (deck, shed, fence, garden, etc.) must be approved.
Decks
Decks must not exceed the length of the RV and be a max of 10 feet wide. Floating only. No posts in ground. Vinyl roofs only. Screens must be clean and free of holes. No permanent structures.
Patio
Must be ground-level, floating, no more than 12’x12′, including steps. Must be adjacent to deck. One patio per site. Gazebo must be on deck or patio, not separate.
Campfires
- Only allowed in designated fire rings.
- No fires during a burn ban.
- Do not dump ashes or coals on the ground. Cold ashes must be bagged and sealed before disposal.
- Firewood must be contained in designated area. Fires must be fully extinguished when unattended.
Firewood
Available on-site or can be brought in from within Wisconsin. Gathering or cutting wood from property is prohibited. Firewood from outside Wisconsin is not allowed.
Trees and Vegetation
- Do not hang or tie anything to trees.
- Cutting, carving, or damaging trees/branches is prohibited.
- Do not dump detergents or harmful substances near trees/shrubs.
Flags
Flags or signs with political endorsements, profanity, or discriminatory symbols (including the Confederate Flag) are prohibited. Violations may result in removal from the campground.
Responsibility
You are responsible for all damage or losses to your unit or site. If no credit card is on file, you agree to pay any billed amount.
Trash
All trash must be tied in garbage bags. Dumpsters are at the main entrance. Do not use fire rings as trash bins.
Sewer/Septic
Do not flush diapers, sanitary products, wipes, cigarette butts, or razors.
Firearm/Weapons Policy
Firearms, fireworks, bows, air rifles, BB guns, and other projectile devices are prohibited on property.
Site Maintenance
Guests must maintain their sites. Grass and weeds must be trimmed. Failure may result in a $100 clean-up fee after one warning. Ongoing issues may lead to further penalties.
Site Management and Access
Campground staff may enter sites for utility maintenance or emergencies, respectfully.
Off-Season Closure
Campground is closed from October 15 to May 1. No winter camping or recreational camper use. Violations may cancel reservations.
Checking on Your Camper
Weather permitting, staff can check your camper during winter with 72 hours’ notice. Staff will confirm within 72 hours. Inspections should not exceed 30 minutes.
Lock-Site Deposit
Deposits due by November 1 (or earlier if applicable). Non-refundable but credited toward next season. If not returning, unit must be removed by Nov. 1.
End of Year Reservations
Guests must sign the Campground Rules and fill out a registration form with:

Violation of Policy
Failure to follow rules may result in reservation cancellation, removal, and loss of campsite privileges without refund.
Management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or loss from any cause.
